Before you call
How much does a stormwater repair cost?
It depends on depth, access, pipe length and what's above it (lawn, concrete, paving). That's why we inspect first and give a fixed written price covering excavation, pipework and reinstatement before any work starts.
Do I need a CCTV inspection?
If the cause isn't obvious, yes. A camera shows exactly where and why the drain has failed, so you pay to fix the actual problem rather than dig in the wrong place.
Will you damage my garden or driveway?
We plan the excavation route to minimise disruption and reinstate the surface when we finish. Anything that can't be matched like-for-like is discussed and priced upfront.
Can you relocate drains for our renovation?
Yes. We regularly relocate and upsize stormwater and sewer drains for extensions and new builds, and coordinate with your builder or architect.
Is the work certified?
All work is completed by licensed plumbers (VBA licence 116917) to Victorian standards, with compliance certificates issued where required.
